The band Gum announces the first dates of his tour to present his first album “The Beauty”.
Gum is a group made up of Alvaro Benito (Pignoise and former Real Madrid player), Hector Ship and Juan Southpaw that will begin in March of next year to tour different venues in the country, presenting “The Beauty”their recently released debut album.
This work comes out in the middle of the twentieth anniversary tour of Pignoiseand has influences from rock bands like Muse, Biffy Clyro and others, combining guitar rock with festival indie. In the album, Benedictthe vocalist, sings more personal lyrics such as “Our fragility weighs less, in the real world I cannot show it” in “Huracán”, proof of this is the album cover, a reinterpretation of Magritte’s apple: a man who hides his face and, in addition, it is eaten away on the back.
The album is composed and produced by himself. Benedictand mixed and mastered by Alex Ferrer.
Beauty Tour will pass for now Salamanca (March 14, Yesterday’s Girl), Barcelona (March 28, Sala Vol), Madrid (April 10, Villanos), Almazán (April 17, Ways of Living) and Soria (April 18, Botánico Café Teatro). Tickets are available at www.chiclemusica.com.
