Celebrating ten years of Liveurope with Be My Guest

He September 12th and 13th the barcelonian Apollo room will celebrate ten years of the platform’s history Liveurope with meeting spaces between European venues and Catalan labels.

Apolo will celebrate the tenth anniversary of the platform with eight concerts in showcase format within the Be My Guest cycle. It will be the Thursday 12th and Friday 13th Septemberin the form of a mini-festival and with the presence of representatives of European venues, agents of the local music and cultural sector, and concerts open to the general public. In total there will be eight concerts in showcase formatas well as a chat with the producer Raul Refree on the incorporation of folkloric elements into contemporary music. This event also has the collaboration of the Institut Ramon Llull and Primavera Pro.

The sessions include spaces to establish links between representatives of the member rooms of Liveurope and the Catalan labels Pértiga Music, Primavera Labels, Suricat Music, Buenritmo and ÈXITS Mgmtselected through an open call organised by Catalan Arts. An opportunity for European promoters to get to know the local music scene and help boost the musical careers of artists and bands.

Let us remember that, in recent years, Liveurope, an initiative supported by the European Commission, has supported Catalan artists and groups such as Rosalía, Rita Payés, Morad or Tarta RelenaThe project currently has a coalition of twenty-four venues across Europe.
