Burger King leaves El Xokas after controversies

One of the “fools” mentioned in Parquesvr’s latest single, ‘Tonto’, has had his contract with Burger King terminated. The network has ended its collaboration with El Xokas after an embarrassing week of controversial statements.

Among the streamer’s pearls, bragging about having “earned more on a Burger King promo than your parents did in 20 years of working” during a live discussion and ensuring that it would not compensate him to date Ester Expósito because of her political ideas. He said that he would prefer to go out “with a six”, in an admirable display of self-esteem.

Burger King has announced that it is breaking its relationship with the content creator, considering that his recent statements “do not represent the values” of the company. The brand has also removed its image from the Grand King campaign, which it shared with Marta Díaz, Peldanyos and Marina Rivers.

The controversy has even reached Congress. The Compromís deputy Águeda Micó has responded to the words of El A motto that connects with the song mentioned at the beginning of this article.

It is unknown how much money El Xokas has received for the campaign, although it is difficult to imagine that it was less than a few tens of thousands of euros. In any case, something tells us that his line about having earned “more on a Burger King promo than your parents did in 20 years of working” hasn’t aged very well.
