Matt Berningerleader and lyricist The Nationalwill launch what will be your second solo album, “Get Sunk”next May 30 through Book/Concord Records. Now it has released a new advance.
Matt Berninger now publishes another single from which it will be “Get Sunk”. This advance entitled “Breaking into acting” is a collaboration with Meg Duffy of Hand habits. The single is accompanied by a video clip directed by Hopper Mills. The videoclip shows several people using different devices to see Berninger and Duffy act in front of a yellow screen.
Berninger became known as the leader of The Nationalbut already with its 2020 solo debut, “Serpentine Prison”he warned us of a solo career. Although in reality it is not something really alone, but that this second length in solo that announces for the May 30, “Get Sunk”it is an album in which he has worked hand in hand with the producer and engineer Be O’Brien and for which he has had numerous musicians and friends.
