In mid -September a new edition of the Boga Boga Festibalathe festival born in Donostia to celebrate a great party around independent music every September.
This third edition, which will feature its most international poster to date, will arrive with great novelties: a musical weekend in the Miramar gardens with three stages – two exterior to both sides of the palace and one interior, hidden – and a diverse artistic proposal that expands the DNA of the festival, with sounds that go from soul to rock, from hip hop to electronics, through contemporary pop. The poster is headed by bands like the British Gotts Street Park andDeadletterthe overwhelors Benavente Leónthe German artist Christian Löfflerthe French Jacquesthe Scottish Brooke Combe. Nor will local and state quality proposals be missing such as Kokoshca, Azuloja, ke lepo & félix buff either Le Parody.
In the hidden theater, the most intimate space located within the Miramar Palace, will take place performances by local artists such as SAGUXAR and Eneritz Furyakwhich will offer a format designed to connect emotionally with the public. It will be a unique opportunity to enjoy its delicate and personal proposals, in a close format that enhances the sensitivity of their songs.
As an outstanding novelty, Easo Square will be the epicenter of the festival for all audiences and will host the free festival concerts: from 12:00 to 18:00, the Plaza will host more than 12 free performances that reflect the festival’s commitment for emerging music, the local scene and the festive formats. There is a need to confirm some artist but for the moment the program collects the following poster: on Saturday 13, the day will start with Aimarzyoung promise of the R&B and the Basque urban scene. Next, the legendary British band HENGE It will offer an unclassifiable and delusional show between psychedelic rock and intergalactic techno. The tropical session of TropicazaDonostiarra collective that mixes disc, funk and electronics. The afternoon will be starring Xeniz and Nusarin collaboration with Jägermusic, which will bring avant -garde electronic proposals and enveloping atmospheres.
On Sunday 14, free schedule will continue with Mikosisone of the most irreverent bands of the local scene, and Putas AmakQueer reggaeton project that has revolutionized the Basque panorama with its combative and dance letters. Tropicaza It will repeat with a new musical session. The afternoon will continue with the post-pitch of Naxkerthe forceful electronics of Kiliki and the electric pop of Tatxersin charge of closing the stage of Plaza Easo in style.
