According to Quique González himself, the letter of “Blue Velvet” evokes a dawn to the edge of the cliff, where a wild horse represents the connection with nature and brotherhood with free spirits. The song is dedicated to a close friend of the artist, and that feeling of loyalty is going through the entire album. Musically, it incorporates synthesizers and a sound influenced by bands such as The War On Drugs and Wilco. González has a trajectory of more than twenty -five years and eleven studio albums.
