Blanco Teta will close their European tour in Barcelona

The Argentine experimental rock band with punk overtones White Tit has been touring Europe again since the end of May, a tour that will close in Barcelona. This is the first time they have set foot on Spanish soil.

Since May, Blanco Teta have been touring their personal proposal all over Europe, even visiting festivals such as Roskilde (Denmark), the Kliko Fest in Haarlem (Netherlands) or the Impulso Festival in Caldas da Reinha (Portugal). But the important news is that they will be stepping foot on our territory for the first time in their career. They will do so this Sunday, July 14 to star in a only concert in the Barcelona venue Vol.

It will be a unique opportunity to discover a formation that cannot be compared with anything that has come to us from Argentina and hardly with other bands that we know. Blanco Teta are an Argentine quartet, from Buenos Aires, formed by Carola Zelaschi on drums, Violeta García on cello, Carlos Quebrada on bass and Josefina Barreix as lead singer, who moves between experimental rock, punk and even noise, always with the cello as a truly differentiating element. They formed in 2017 to break many established rules in the world of rock. So far they have published EPs such as “White Tit” (17) and “Burned” (20) as well as the albums “Break Pay” (23) and the recent “Come out, goat” (24), recently published.
