Tomorrow November 20 is inaugurated in the Center Pompidou in Paris the sound installation “Nature Manifesto” of Björk in collaboration with his current partner, Aleph Molinari.
Those who follow the Icelandic singer Björk will be very familiar with her interest in nature, biodiversity and climate change. Well, now add a new action in relation to it. Inspired by the natural world, “Nature Manifesto” is an installation that can be seen at the Center Pompidou in Paris among the November 20 and December 9.
To give it shape, Björk has collaborated with her current partner, Aleph Molinari, and the artist herself has described the installation as “this immersive sound piece gives animals at risk of extinction or already extinct a voice by combining their sounds with our words “. He also points out that we should learn from the way animals treat their environment and the spaces in which they live, something that “makes them our teachers.”
“Nature Manifesto” is part of the program “Biodiversity: Which Culture For Which Future”, created in collaboration with the French Biodiversity Office.
