Billie Eilish, number 1 album in Spain

Billie Eilish places her new album, 'Hit Me Hard and Soft', at number 1 on albums in Spain. As a consequence, most of the songs contained on the album enter the singles list.

'Hit Me Hard and Soft' gives Eilish her second No. 1 album in Spain after 'Happier than Ever' (2021). In 2019, Eilish's debut, 'When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?', ranked No. 2 on the sales chart, behind Leiva's 'Nuclear', but entered No. 1 on streaming. , when the Promusicae list was divided into two lists. The EP 'dont smile at me' did not go higher than 12th position.

As we mentioned, 'Hit Me Hard and Soft' just gave Eilish the best first week of sales of her career in the United States, but it has fallen to number 2 on the official album chart because of Taylor Swift. In the United Kingdom, 'Hit Me Hard and Soft' has entered number 1 on the album chart and the same figure has been repeated in 16 other countries, including Germany, France, Australia and Italy.

Curiously, Billie Eilish and Beth Gibbons once again debut at the same time on the Spanish album chart, as happened in 2019. Then, Gibbons presented her symphonic album, which entered at number 40. 'Lives Outgrown', the new album by Gibbons, now enters at number 36.

In fact, the second strongest entry of the week on the album chart goes to Álvaro Diaz, who places 'Sayonara' at number 5. Luis Fonsi enters at number 14 with 'El viaje', the album that includes 'Buenos Aires' and 'Marbella' with Omar Montes.

Outside the top 40, Ryan Castro places 'The Ghetto Singer' at number 43 and the reissue of 'Leopoldo María Panero' (with Bunbury and Carlos Ann, among others) appears at number 73, while 'Yo no soy yo' by Nico Miseria does it in 82 and the soundtrack of the third season of 'The Bridgertons', in 83. The last entry on the list is signed by Slash with 'Orgy of the World'.
