BERNARDA returns with her first solo single after the release of ‘Mi Amor Por Ti’, her first album. ‘Otra Mañana’ is another relaxed song by Bernat Cuyàs made to be heard first thing in the morning. This one, even more so. It’s the Song of the Day.
‘Another Morning’ begins with the Catalan artist’s acoustic guitar, which emulates the first lights of the day. Suddenly, the mobile alarm that we all know breaks the calm. BERNARDA tries to lift the listener’s spirits with one of her great melodies, instantly catchy: “Another morning that you don’t know how to do / Getting out of bed can’t be so difficult,” she sings.
To combat the fear of “work” and “life” that is mentioned in the first verse, what the singer-songwriter proposes is to love yourself for once: “Your lack of self-esteem doesn’t let you grow / Maybe loving yourself for a moment will makes it bloom,” he sings towards the end of the song. At this moment, a beautiful solo of what seems to be a saxophone takes over the song, to everyone’s liking.
