Lambrini Girls announce their second album “No Refunds” and they release the single “Bang Bang Bang”, now available on platforms in both audio and video.
The British punk duo Lambrini Girls, made up of Phoebe Lunny and Selin Macieira-Boşgelmezis back with the announcement of his second album “No Refunds”which will see the light January 15 via City Slang. As a first preview, the band has released their single “Bang Bang Bang” along with its video clip. The song tells the story of a man revered as a Christ-like figure, but also as the devil himself.
The video clip for “Bang Bang Bang”, directed by Harv Frostshows bursts of light passing through a darkened room. As the song progresses, the chaos grows until the space reaches its boiling point between shattered pint glasses and frenetic movements, condensing the band’s energy into a claustrophobic discharge. This song is part of an album in which industrial punk coexists with moments close to pop, angular bass lines and black humor.
Following its 2025 debut, “Who Let The Dogs Out”, “No Refunds” shows an even darker and increasingly urgent album. It confronts issues such as genocide, fascism, artificial intelligence, reproductive rights and the “manosphere.” The evolution of the album comes after a complex period for both, marked by health setbacks derived from the pace of their tours. These experiences forced the duo to confront the physical and emotional cost of their journey.
After reaching number 16 on the Official UK Album Chart and performing at festivals such as Primavera Sound, the group’s rise has continued throughout 2026. Looking ahead to 2027, the duo will take the new album on the road with an extensive headlining tour across the UK and Europe.
