Bad Bunny remembers an ex in the sad ‘El CLÚB’

In the year in which he placed his 2023 album among the most listened to of 2024 and also ‘Un Verano sin ti’, which actually came out in 2022, Bad Bunny has worked on new music. Tonight, the Puerto Rican singer has released a new song called ‘EL CLÚB’, which wanders between ballads and, that is, the club jersey.

It is a formula that works but has already been worked on before, and yet it can constitute a new hit having been embraced by the all-powerful Today’s Top Hits playlist, which bets on it moderately (18th place).

In ‘EL CLÚB’, today our Song of the Day although with certain reservations, Bad Bunny wonders what his ex is doing, while he is “drunk, thinking.”

In the lyrics, he reveals that he has not been happy since 2020, and that 2022 was the last time he saw the recipient of the song. Some of his saddest bars appear: “Life didn’t fulfill any of what I asked of it / I don’t know what happened / I asked Dio, but he also ghosted me / The future hit me, in the past it left me / Happiness went away.”

The video clip has a part designed for the meme, but also a more cinematic part, culminating in a plantation. The final 2 minutes of the video function as an epilogue. Can we expect more new music from Bad Bunny soon?
