RTVE finalizes the details of its new television entertainment bet, ‘Bake Off: famous people in the oven’. In this contest, fourteen celebrities will fight to be considered the best pastry chef in Spain and win a prize that they can donate to the NGO that each of them has selected.
The list of participants includes celebrities from different fields. On this occasion, the music will be represented by Azúcar Moreno or Blas Cantó. But there will also be well-known personalities in the acting sector, comedians or from the world of the heart. Rocío Carrasco, Terelu Campos, Ana Boyer, Toñi and Encarna Salazar (Azúcar Moreno), Alba Carrillo, Yolanda Ramos, Manolo Sarriá, Julio Iglesias Jr, Julio Salinas, Patxi Salinas, Pablo Puyol, Blas Cantó and Marc Clotet will be the ones to embark on the format.
The presenter of the program will be Paula Vázquez, who will be accompanied by three specialized people who will make up the jury: the multi-award-winning chef Paco Roncero, the pastry chef Eva Arguiñano and the internationally renowned pastry chef Damián Betular.
The Bake Off competition takes inspiration from the original format ‘The Great British Bake Off’, created by Love Productions and distributed by BBC Studios. RTVE together with BOXFISH now brings it to Spain after its success in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Australia. The release date of its broadcast has not yet been confirmed.
