It has a volume control on the front as well as two switches that allow you to indicate the gain and input type, thus giving it the versatility to be used as a preamplifier if necessary.
The integrated DAC is capable of handling files from 16 to 32 bits of depth as well as assuming sampling rates from 44.1 kHz to a dizzying 384 kHz. It offers Class A amplification, has a frequency response of 5 Hz to 100 kHz, its impedance is 50 ohms and is compatible with Windows and Mac computer operating systems.
