Arctic Monkeys are back with the charity “Opening Night”

Arctic Monkeys releases a new song to raise funds for a charity, after four years of silence. This is “Opening Night” for the album “HELP(2)”.

Rumors that the band was preparing to release new music surfaced earlier this month, when the organization War Childwhich works to protect and educate children affected by war, shared a new post on social media announcing that they were preparing a charity album with a group of artists.

And the result is a new volume of “HELP”a new collaborative album, inspired by the historic 1995 release “HELP”in support of War Child’s vital work, providing immediate help, education, specialist mental health support and protection to children affected by conflict around the world.

“HELP(2)” will be published on Friday March 6 via War Child Records. The album can now be reserved at this same link. The compilation has been made possible through close collaboration with Abbey Road Studios, recorded primarily during one extraordinary week in November 2025 under the direction of acclaimed producer James Ford.
