Animal Collective release the soundtrack of the documentary “Jetty”

The experimental and psychedelic pop band Animal Collective present the original soundtrack of the landscape documentary “Jetty” (25). They do it through Domino Soundtracks.

The musicians Deakin and geologist of Animal Collective present the original soundtrack of the landscape documentary “Jetty“, which is released by Domino Soundtracks. This work is now available in digital format and on streaming platforms, although it will be published on vinyl on April 17.

“Jetty” is a documentary directed by Sam Fleischnerwho has created music videos for panda bear, MGMT and Santigoldwhich covers the reconstruction of Rockaway Beach in New York, after its destruction by Hurricane Sandy in 2012. The documentary will be available in streaming and will be screened this month in theaters in Los Angeles, San Francisco and the Humboldt International Film Festival.

The soundtrack includes the songs “Wooden Sticks”, “Blast”, “Earth Moan”, “Delivery”, “Rockaway Views”, “Rock Portraits 1”, “Sandbar”, “Material Movers”, “Ocean Greeting”, “Surface Wind”, “Rock Portraits 2”, “Golden Rocks”, “Sand Pumping”, “Boardwalk” and “Pipe Fitting”.
