Amaral will release the single ‘Rompehielos’ on Friday

Amaral has announced that he will publish the first preview of his next album this Friday, June 21. It is a song called ‘Rompehielos’ of which you can already hear a preview on the group’s networks. With the pre-save of ‘Rompehielos’ the cover of the single is revealed.

The preview of ‘Rompehielos’ is instrumental and reveals a festive sound marked by the use of metal winds. However, Amaral shares a fragment of the lyrics, which seems to celebrate free love: “Love without limits and without rules / make a way in the stone / I am a singer and a quarry.”

Amaral played ‘Rompehielos’ in its entirety for the first time this Saturday, June 15, at the Sigüenza Festival in Guadalajara. The premiere was initially going to take place at El Bosque Sonoro in Zaragoza, but the festival had to be canceled due to “inclement weather.”

In 2023, Amaral premiered another unreleased live song called ‘There you are’. It is unknown if this song will finally be part of Eva and Juan’s next album. Amaral’s latest release was a single in tribute to ‘ZGZ’.

Amaral’s latest album, ‘Salto al color’, dates back to 2019. Soon, Amaral will perform – among other festivals – at Río Babel sharing the bill with La Oreja.
