The next album Amaia It is one of the most anticipated in terms of pop in Spanish. After releasing “Nanai” and announcing concerts in Madrid and Barcelona, “Tocotó” arrives.
Amaia from Pamplona never ceases to surprise us in her own way. First was the one who collaborated with Ralphie Choo, Irenegarry and AMORE in the single “Nanai”, now he reinvents the classic “Corre, corre caballito” of the Marisol to adapt it to these new times.
Although Amaia’s voice becomes the main protagonist of anything she records, she now reveals a different facet of her universe. And it adapts to one of the most popular youth voices in the history of Spain and the years in which the country lived under a dictatorship, Marisol, by reinterpreting her “Run, run caballito.”
The video for “Tocotó” –directed by Daniel Dalfo and produced by Live Filming Films– goes deeper through a “criticism of social networks, which transform our perception of reality and make us lose our attention span, looking for new stimuli all the time.”
Amaia will present her new album on tour “If I open my eyes it’s not real” in which it has already announced a second date in Barcelona after the sold out and its return to the WiZink Center in Madrid.
