Alessia Cara announces her fourth album, ‘Love & Hyperbole’

This afternoon Alessia Cara made the official announcement of her fourth album, titled ‘Love & Hyperbole’. It will be available on February 14, coinciding with Valentine’s Day. This will be the artist’s first full-length work after ‘In The Meantime’, in 2021.

“I’m so happy to finally be able to share this with you and I can’t wait for you to hear the rest of what I think is my best work to date, or at least my favorite,” Cara wrote in the announcement post. He has also released the second preview of the album, titled ‘(Isn’t It) Obvious’, which includes a guitar solo by John Mayer.

“While I was coming up with the lyrics I was taking a lot of inspiration from singer-songwriters like John Mayer, so it’s crazy that he ended up playing on the song,” the Canadian singer shared. ‘(Isn’t It) Obvious’ arrives after the release of the first single, ‘Dead Man’.
