Alcala North and their self-titled album have broken all the existing and future schemes in 2024. After achieving a sold out almost complete in their tour of venues (with the exception of Pamplona), which they will resume in 2025 due to the cancellation of concerts last year due to the appendicitis suffered by the vocalist, they are now announcing their presence in some of the main state festivals.
Last year they already joined at the last minute some of the main festivals in the country such as the Primavera Sound, the BBK or Tomavistasthis 2025 they have already announced their presence in more than a dozen of them: SanSan Festival (April 19), Warm Up (May 2-3), Interstellar Sevilla (May 16), Spring Festival (May 30-31), Festival de les Arts Valencia (June 7), Mallorca Live ( June 13), Conexión Valladolid (June 27), Sentir Baeza-AOVE Fest (June 28), Portamérica (July 3-5), Mad Cool (July 10-12), Rockland (July 18-20), Santander Music (August 1-2) and Cooltural Fest (July 22-24).
All of this comes after the success of their debut, which has been critically acclaimed, being selected by most of the media among the five best state albums of the year – in many cases the first. In our ranking of the best albums of 2024 they are in bronze.
