Alan Sparhawk (Low) releases a preview of his solo album

The next September 27th The first solo album will be released Alan Sparhawkbest known for his long career with Lowand the first material after the death of his bandmate and wife Mimi Parker. As an advance he releases “Can U Hear”.

“Can U Hear” is the advance single from “White Roses, My God”the solo debut of Alan Sparhawk, who was a fundamental member of Low alongside his late wife Mimi Parker, who left us in 2022. And it is a new example of the American musician’s capacity for experimentation, who dares to take his voice to extremes that few could have imagined years ago. Recorded at 20 Below Studios in Duluth, Minnesota, “White Roses, My God” It has been co-produced by Alan Sparhawk and by the electronic pop artist Nat Harviewith whom Sparhawk has already worked in the past. It has also been mixed by Harvie and mastered by Heba Kadry.

The album will include the songs “Get Still”, “I Made This Beat”, “Not The 1”, “Can U Hear”, “Heaven”, “Brother”, “Black Water”, “Feel Something”, “Station” , “Somebody’s Else’s Room” and “Project 4 Ever.”
