“Algorithm” and “float” maintain the coordinates of the alamedadosoulna sound, but contributing some innovation exploring other genres that had barely touched in the past. Thus, in its universe we will also meet electroswing, rap rock, hip hop, ska and reggae, all passed through its rebel and festive sieve.
“Algorithm” marks a direct criticism of the “algorithmic manipulation and the loss of autonomy in the digital age, inviting to question the tax and recover control over our decisions.” For its part, “floating” is a composition that invites evasion and enjoyment, combining warm rhythms with a lyrical that appeals to love, dreams and personal freedom.
These songs also arrive a few days before the band offers a special concert at the Festival Babel River on July 5. They will also be acting in the Ariana Folk Festival de Ariano (Italy) on August 24before having the album on the street.
