Aiko the group, new protagonists of the KEXP concerts

Aiko The Group They join the list of bands that present their Live on KEXP, filmed at the last edition of BIME Bilbao. The Cantabrian-Madrid quartet performs five songs from their repertoire.

Teresa Iñesta (guitar and vocals), Bárbara López (keyboardist and vocals), Laura Miera (guitar and vocals) and Mónica Vicente (drums) join bands such as Depresion Sonora, Triángulo de Amor Bizarro, Derby Motoreta’s Burrito Kachimba or Alcalá Norte, on the list of Spanish groups that already have a performance in the Live on KEXP series.

The concert was filmed in the Church of the Encarnación in Bilbao, an ideal setting to enjoy their songs. In this performance they perform “stealth mode”, “wormz”, “It seems very strong to me”, “the aWard is for” and “You haven’t heard.”

In the near future, we will be able to see Aiko the group performing at festivals such as Gijón Sound (April 18), Primavera Sound (June 6), Primavera Sound Oporto (June 13) and Low Festival (July 21).
