Adele's Las Vegas residency continues to make headlines, one way or another. The latest is that a spectator interrupted a speech by Adele celebrating Pride Month, which we are already in, to shout what Adele thought she understood was “Pride is shit.”
His response was to call him “fucking stupid”, that is, what in Spain we would call more than “a fucking stupid”, a “fucking idiot”: “have you come to my fucking show to say that Pride is shit? Are you a fucking idiot? Don't be so fucking ridiculous. If you don't have anything nice to say, shut up.” However, according to some videos of those present, what the assistant said was not “Pride is shit,” but “working is shit.”
The “Weekends with Adele” residency began on November 18, 2022 after several delays due to production and covid issues, and will end on November 23 of this year. In between, this month of August, there will be time to do another 10 concerts in Munich, where Adele has established her European residence.
