The wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, held this Friday at none other than Madison Square Garden in New York, has left one of the most talked about moments thanks to Adam Sandler, who has served as master of ceremonies, and has even performed an unreleased song written especially for them.
According to TMZ, the actor opened the ceremony with a “humorous, but also emotional” theme, focused on the couple’s love story. The celebration took place on an upper floor of the venue, with accompaniment by a string quartet.
According to TMZ, Taylor Swift walked down the aisle to an instrumental version of one of her own songs. Meanwhile, Jason and Kylie Kelce’s daughters acted as bridesmaids, throwing petals as they passed.
The couple has worn exclusive designs by Christian Dior Haute Couture. Swift wore a long dress with a train, while Kelce chose a white tuxedo.
Guests have included Jennifer Lopez, Tom Cruise, Gwen Stefani, Reese Witherspoon and Tim McGraw, who inspired Taylor Swift’s first single. Paul McCartney, HAIM and Stevie Nicks would have performed.
