Verónica Echegui, Madrid actress who jumped to fame in 2006 with her leading role in ‘I am the Juani’ of Bigas Luna, who earned him a nomination for best revelation actress in the Goya, has died at 42 years in Madrid, reports El País, as a consequence of cancer.
Echegui, born in 1983, acted in ‘I am La Juani’ with Daní Martín, from El Canto del Loco. Echegui also participated in musical video clips as ‘perhaps’ (2018) by Joe Twilight.
