Rem They are re -joined again, as they did last year in the same enclosure, in their hometown Athens, Georgia, United States.
The group Rem formed by Michael Stipe (vocalist), Peter Buck (guitarist), Mike Mills (bassist) and Bill Berry (drums), one of the pioneer bands in alternative rock, have once again gathered on stage on something more similar to a party between friends than on a track about their possible meeting for the future.
The surprise was on February 27 at the 40 Watt Club in Athens, Georgia, United States. Once again it was a tribute concert to the quartet by the actor’s hand Michael Shannon and of the current member of Sunny Day Real Estate Jason Narducy. Both are starring a tour that recalls “Fables of the Reconstruction” (1985). While Shannon and Nardoucy were playing, the group appeared by surprise to interpret “Pretty Persuasion”
