“A deactivated bomb” collects the legacy of TNT and Jesús Arias

The Granada band TNT His legacy is collected in the album “Unabombaactivada”, which will be published by the Barcelona record label Kasba Music. The album works as a tribute to the deceased and highly appreciated Jesus Arias.

In 1983 TNT presented in society “Guernika Manifesto“(83), their first and last album. “Gilmore 77”, “Room 101” or “You should be careful” are some of the singles that positioned the Granada group on the national scene, automatically becoming a cult band.

The band members started new projects. The vocalist Jose Antonio formed 091 either Eclipsenext to Angel Doblas and Jesus Arias. In the year 2000 TNT They decided to meet and re-record their songs with the technical conditions and sound quality that they could not have seventeen years ago, however, the reunion project was paralyzed once it had been recorded.

Jesús Arias and Angel Doblas continued with joint projects until Arias' death in 2015 at the age of fifty-two. Hence this release works as a tribute to Arias. “A defused bomb“, which collects all those recordings from the year 2000 that never saw the light of day, including material from Quasar, Arias project. The album is part of the Barcelona label's twentieth anniversary collection Kasba Music.
