Anni B Sweet reveals “I can’t find grace”, a new preview of what will be his fifth album.
“I can’t find the grace” is one of the most important songs from what will be “Alegría”, the new full-length by the Andalusian artist and the one that adds five to her career. At the same time, tickets for their upcoming concerts go on sale.
Anni B Sweet continues to grow creatively, this time supported by James Bagshaw (Temples)with whom he co-produces his fifth album. This “I don’t find it funny” makes it clear once again; a luminous psychedelic pop song that mixes very immediate melodies with a production rich in details, inspired by the pop of the late sixties, psychedelia and the most melodic soul. The song combines guitars with fuzz, mellotrons, very present percussions and arrangements that transform the soundscape without ever losing the pop pulse.
The lyrics, constructed from a surrealist perspective, talk about regaining perspective after a difficult experience. It is an energetic, melodic and optimistic song that, with luminous instrumentation, accompanies and enhances the message of “I can’t find the grace anymore” of liberation. According to the artist herself, her current universe includes everything from Melody’s Echo Chamber to Los Modules, including The Lemon Twigs, Os Mutantes and the Temples themselves.
