The next edition BIME Bilbao will be celebrated from October 27 to 30 and will have a program that will reinforce the mission with which it was born fourteen years ago: to generate opportunities, build bridges between both sides of the Atlantic and bring together the people who are building the present and the future of music:
BIME Bilbao 2026 returns with a program articulated around four main axes: Creation, Musical Industry, Development and Connection. BIME Pro It will thus have voices like Jorge Drexler, Ángeles Toledano, Rocío Márquez, Refree, Brandon Young (Activision), AJ Ramos (Google/Youtube), and Chanela Clicka; and BIME Live with artists like Expresso Transatlântico (Portugal), Zahararave: Lite (Spain), LinLin (France), restinga (Spain), SadSvit (Ukraine), Timø (Colombia), Chanela Clicka (Mexico/Spain), Yassir (Spain) or Tussiwarriors (Argentina). Discover now the first names of an edition that will once again bring together in Bilbao some of the most important views and voices in current music.
BIME will also reinforce its international dimension with new European collaborations and with Miami Music Tech Challenge 2026a commitment to innovation that will bring some of the most disruptive Spanish startups in music to the United States
On the other hand, at BIME Bilbao, spaces and activities such as El Pitch Perfecto, Latido Transatlántico, Musik & Pintxos, etc. will return, to which new ones will be added such as Orillas, a new space that focuses on those who keep music alive away from large urban centers, connecting venues, festivals, programmers and cultural projects in towns, small cities and peripheral territories.

This year’s edition of BIME Bilbao reinforces its European dimension with an alliance with Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) and the European Talent Exchange Program (ETEP), which will result in exchange actions between both professional communities. In addition, BIME has launched for the first time its own call aimed at European artists, expanding opportunities for international circulation and access to new markets. This edition will also have the support of key entities such as the Ministry of Culture of Spain, ICEX-Sounds From Spain, Catalan Arts, AIE, the Institute of Cultural Industries and the Arts of the Region of Murcia, the Axencia Galega das Industrias Culturais (AGADIC), Barcelona City Council, Valencia Music City; Secretary of Culture, Recreation and Sports of Bogotá; Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Heritage of Chile; Chilemúsica; National Institute of Music of Argentina (INAMU); and the National Institute of Music of Uruguay (INMUS). Companies and brands such as Fever, Heineken, Amazon Music, Universal Music, Virgin, Altafonte, Jägermeister also join this network; and national and international media such as Rolling Stone in Spanish, LOS40, Radio 3, Eh! Universe or Mondo Sonoro.
