Anni B Sweet and Peter of God join forces to return to the present one of the most emblematic songs of Los Angeles.

The singer from Malaga and the guitarist of Guadalupe Silver have signed a new version of “Momentos”, the first preview of “The Echo of Los Angeles · 1976 · 2026 · Remembering Poncho González”a project that will commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the disappearance of two of the fundamental members of the historic Granada band, Poncho González and José Luis Avellanedawho died in a tragic traffic accident in 1976.

The reinterpretation of “Momentos” represents a dialogue between generations, where the voice of Anni B Sweet and the guitar Peter of God They respect the original essence of the song but move it towards new sounds and a contemporary sensibility.

This launch is the starting point of an ambitious initiative promoted by Popi González and Pablo Gonzálezchildren of Poncho González, along with José Antonio Sánchez, Miguel Martín and Jesús Coca. A family and emotional project that wants to vindicate the legacy of Los Angeles with a format that goes beyond the traditional tribute, to demonstrate the validity of compositions that continue to resonate half a century later.

The new version of “Momentos” will thus be part of a double album in which artists from different generations related to the Granada and state scene will participate. Among them are names like Soleá Morente, Miguel Ríos, José Ignacio Lapido, Antonio Arias, Jota and Florent from Los Planetas, Juan Alberto from Children Mutantes, Quini Almendros from La Guardia, Napoleón Solo or Unidad y Armoníain addition to new talents such as Paulina del Carmen and Tessa Olmos.
