Schedules for the spring edition of Sierra Sonora 2026

The Mexican Silvana Estrada and the basques Neomak lead the musical performances of this new spring edition of Sierra Sonora.

The intimate and cozy Rioja cycle-festival Sierra Sonora celebrates its spring edition from May 29 to 31 in the magical town of Viniegra de Abajo, maintaining its commitment to an intimate format in a rural setting surrounded by nature. The poster is once again one of its great attractions, headed by the Mexican Silvana Estradawho will perform in a special format together with a string sextet, and by the Basque collective Neomakreference of the new contemporary folk music scene. Along with them there will be proposals such as Caamaño & Ameixeiras, From Ninghures, Mars Lasarte, Drugos, Jimmy Twice, A.Theo and Barbara Gartlandconfiguring a program that moves between folk, roots and contemporary sounds, reinforcing the careful and unique musical identity of the festival.

In summer, from August 6 to 9, the powerful summer edition will arrive with groups such as Iseo & Dodosound, Rufus T. Firefly, Olatz Salvador, Repion, Tu Otra Bonita, Casapalma, Ana Lua Caiano, De Fem…and the fall edition will be held from October 9 to 12 with performances by Ismael Serrano, Dragon Fist, Colectivo Panamera, Juventude, Oslo Ovnies, Belén Natalí…

As in all editions, there will be special buses to get around, as well as a camping area and vans.
