Marte Lasarte with Eider by Neomak in “Kristalezko Eguna”

The San Sebastian quartet Mars Lasarte publishes a new single and announces that he will publish an album at the end of the year.

Mars Lasarte presents us with “Kristalezko Eguna” (Crystal Day), the second single from the new batch of publications that will be completed at the end of the year with the release of his second album. It has been recorded and mixed by Haritz Harreguywith mastering Jon Badi (NorthWavesSound) and has the collaboration of Eider Villalba by Neomak in the choirs.

“Kristalezko Eguna” is an anthem full of joy and positivity but also nostalgia, highlighting its pop melody, drum rolls and overwhelming force.

Mars Lasarte was presented in 2024 as the union of Borja Anton and Pello Armendarizafter 15 years sharing the Skakeitan project. Shortly after, the project made the leap to the quartet format with Alex Alonso (drums), who has performed with groups such as La Oreja de Van Gogh, Skakeitan, ETS, Tierra Santa… and Lore Nekane Billelabeitia (bass), known for her career in the group Belako. After several singles, in October 2024 they released their first album via Balaunka, “Ez da besterik”with a modern, fresh and danceable sound. Since then, they have left us four singles, the latest being “Kristalezko eguna”.
