Amaral signs the original song for Victoria Martín’s new series

Amaral have published “I Don’t Want More Sad Songs”, the original theme of the new series created by Victoria Martin, “A lot of people have to die”, now available on Movistar Plus+.

The launch of the song therefore comes accompanied by a strong narrative link with the universe of fiction and its protagonists.

Written from an emotional perspective connected to the history of the series, the song was born inspired by the three women protagonists of the fiction and represents “a war cry against melancholy”, an invitation to move forward even when the pain still remains.

Indeed, the same choruses of the song are performed by Anna Castillo, Macarena García and Laura Weissmahrprotagonists of the series along with Sofia Otero. Based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Victoria Martín, “Se tiene que morir Mucha Gente” has been directed by Sandra Romero together with Martín herself and Nacho Pardo.

Coinciding with the launch, Amaral surprised the audience at the premiere held at the Capitol Cinemas in Madrid with an unannounced performance, turning the presentation of the series into a celebration shared between music and audiovisuals.
