Kanye West has a concert scheduled at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano in Madrid for next July 30. After the cancellation of appointments in the United Kingdom, France, Poland and Switzerland, today the Minister of Culture has assured that he would be “analyzing the situation” regarding the cancellation of Kanye’s concert in our country, according to El Plural.
Kanye West’s apologies for Nazism and multiple anti-Semitic statements continue to take their toll on him today, after having already canceled four dates of the ‘BULLY’ tour. And they may not be the only ones. Ernest Urtasun, Minister of Culture, assured this Tuesday that they still have to make a decision about holding West’s event at the Metropolitano: “That concert has not yet taken place and we are finishing analyzing the situation,” he declared.
Kanye West’s next tour dates will take place in New Delhi on May 23 and Istanbul on May 30. Afterwards, it will be time to move on to the European part of the tour, which is hanging in the balance. The confirmed dates in Türkiye, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Portugal are still on.
