The British musician explained that the intervention, necessary to avoid a medical emergency, has been notably debilitating. And that his doctors have warned him that continuing to perform, especially with the group’s extreme vocal style, could cause new abdominal injuries.
Broadrick confirmed that, although the project is withdrawing from the stage, he will continue to release music. The band’s next album, Decayis in its final mixing phase and will be released this summer through Relapse Records.
