The FiM Vila-seca has revealed the full program of its next edition, which will take place from May 7 to 10 in the municipality itself.
Vila-seca will once again become May 7 to 10, 2026 meeting point of Catalan musical creation with the celebration of the 22nd edition of the FiM Vila-seca – Emerging and Family Music Fairwhich this year is presented under the motto “Everything to discover.”
For four days, music will occupy different emblematic spaces of the municipality, such as the Castell de Vila-seca, the Celler de Vila-seca, the Parc de la Formiga, the Auditori Josep Carreras, the Auditori Alcalde Josep Malapeira, the Plaça de Voltes and the Magatzem Cal Perera. All concerts are free and open to all audiences, with prior reservation required for shows with reduced capacity.
The emerging programming will present 29 concerts with proposals that reflect the current trends in Catalan music, from urban to pop. The names that make up this programming are Admire, either rewiredXsemble.
There will also be collaborations with two initiatives that promote urban music in Catalan, such as the contest KLK either Catalunya Freestyle. The evening concerts will be performed by Ouineta and Sexennias well as a selection of female DJs made up of Ryna, DJ Lupe and Soumeya (DJ Set).
On the other hand, from May 7 to 9 there will be days of debates, pitchings and networking spaces. On Thursday, May 7, the PRO program will offer two activities on public resources to support artistic creation, production and exhibition. That same day there will also be a discussion panel on accessibility to family shows. On May 8th the Catalan Arts Day will take place! for emerging professionals. Finally, on May 9, the Soc Author Day for emerging artists will close the PRO programming.
With the motto “Everything to discover”, the FiM Vila-seca continues to bet on discovery, proximity and talent, turning the city into a space where the projects that will mark the future of music in the country can be seen today.
