Tanxugueiras They have released “chorar, chorei”, their new single and first preview of their next album, “O Fourth”which will be released this year.
The Galician trio has begun their new musical stage with the single “chorar, chorei”, the first preview of their next full-length “Or Fourth“, with which they will celebrate a decade of career. The single is accompanied by a video clip directed by Santa Monica.
Unlike their previous works, in this one they opt for traditional percussion and more organic instrumentation, giving rise to themes such as the search for identity. Furthermore, to celebrate ten years of experience, the trio has announced their return to the stage next October 17 at the Coliseum of A Coruña to present their new album and remember some of their successes.
Olaia Maneiro, Sabela Maneiro and Aida Tarrío form Tanxugueirasa Galician group that debuted in 2018 with its first self-titled album, and that has received various recognitions such as the award MIN for Best Galician Album in 2018 and 2023. With this release, and after four years since their last album, the trio confirms that “Or Fourth” will be their most conceptual and intimate album to date.
