The Valencian musician Adrian Camañez (Gazelle) has released “Amanecer”, the first single from his new project Resendless.
The guitarist, keyboardist, composer and member of Gazella, has presented “Amanecer”, the first cut that inaugurates his new project Resendless. The single, inspired by Radiohead and Portishead, functions as an emotional disappearing act that combines synths and vocals that approach 90s pop. Minimalist and enveloping, it generates a feeling of isolation and tense calm. It does not seek to impose itself, but rather to slowly disappear.
This song serves as the first preview of their debut album, “Nostalgia”, which will be released in May through Discos Vela. The album is born from the live performances that he has been presenting over the last year – even without published music – in spaces such as Sala Spook (Valencia), Nucli at the Teatre CCC (Valencia), Eufònic (Amposta), Intermitencias at the Museo de Ribarroja, Sala 16 Toneladas (Valencia) or the Wurlitzer (Madrid), among others.
Adrián is a member of Gazella, where he participates as a composer, guitarist and keyboardist, bringing his atmospheric and textural approach to the band. Their live shows have Gazella’s guitars and synthesizers and the energy provided by drum machines and samplers. Always in search of new forms of expression, he continues to explore the limits of sound, combining analog and digital in a unique and personal proposal.
