Antonio Postius shares a new song, the second, of what will be his first full-length after two EP’s. “Al fin” guides us about what we can find on the album.
Drummer and former member of groups such as Mourn, Gyoza, Madee, Montague, RedBears and Proper NameAntonio Postius releases “Al Fin”, the second single from his long-awaited first full-length album after the publication of two previous EPs. Based on forgiving oneself for not having known how to do better in the past, this new advancement chooses to accept vulnerability and defects to strengthen virtues.
“In essence, taking off your backpack to start flying. And while you jump into flight, say goodbye and see from afar everyone who did not know how to endure with you in the most vulnerable and dark moments and made you suffer from their pain,” explains the author.
With this new single and album, Antonio Postius once again has a solid production team. Co-production is carried out by Lluís Cots – producer at the Nautilus studio in Arenys de Mar and sound technician for artists such as The Tyets, Goat Soup, Delafé and The Blue Flowers and 31Fam – next to Victor Valiente, guitarist and producer linked to projects such as Sidonie, Stand still, My Captain and Vega. The master of the album has been made by Angel Medina.
With this new work, Antonio Postius will reaffirm the purpose that led him to dedicate himself completely to music from the age of nineteen: to be able to find a way of expression in the face of a complex world and, through it, give it meaning. Without airs of grandeur, its proposal is based on authenticity as a creative engine and on music as a reason for identity and existence.
