There is no doubt that this is a winning combination. The British Wet Leg and the American The Dare joining forces on “mangetout (the dare remix)”.
Wet Leg have not stopped growing since they released their first album and reaffirmed their success with their second, a work that has led them to lists around the world and to be nominated for various Brit Awards. But like everyone, both they and their bandmates love to dance and it was fitting that they gave us the opportunity to bring some of their most recent songs to the dance floor.
And that’s where The Dare comes into play, in the hands of who they have left their song “mangetout”. And the New Yorker has not missed the opportunity to turn the song into an ideal piece to dance to until the early hours of the morning. The relationship arose when both played together at a party in Austin (Texas, United States) and a friendship was born that now materializes in this remix.
“mangetout” recently appeared in the second episode of the Canadian HBO series “Heated Rivalry”one of the great hits of the season. Let us remember that the original song is part of “moisturizer”the second full-length by the British and which was published last year. Wet Leg are Rhian Teasdale, Hester Chambers, Ellis Durand (bass), Henry Holmes (drums), and Joshua Mobaraki (guitar, synth).
