Timothy Very, drummer of Manchester Orchestra, dies at forty-two years old

The Americans Manchester Orchestra have shared the news that their battery Timothy Very He died at forty-two years of age. The causes of his death have not been announced.

The band has confirmed the news on their social networks although no cause of death has been confirmed. “The entire Manchester Orchestra family is devastated by the sudden passing of our brother, Timothy Very,” she wrote in an emotional post on X.

Very joined the Atlanta band in 2011, replacing Jeremiah Edmond. And he played on all their albums since “Simple Math” that same year. He was a key piece for Manchester Orchestra, contributing to its emotional and mature production.

The band concluded: “We love you so much, Tim, thank you for loving us. You are a force of positivity that will be a constant presence in the rest of our days.”
