The Spanish Wave Continue opening opportunities for our emerging scene. This time we are surprised by opening a call for the first time for Asia, specifically for the Zandari Festa de Seoul (South Korea).
Zandari Festa (Music Showcase & Conference) will be held next October in Seoul, South Korea. It will do it specifically between October 17 and 19. Zandari is a celebration in which new music from all over the world meets, in addition to having Showcases, conferences panels, Speed Meetings and Networking. That is why The Spanish Wave will be there in its first time presenting Spanish artists. Zandari means “small bridge” and the intention is that this bridge with South Korea is well built so that the relationship is maintained for years.
Zandari has more than one hundred actions that take place in several concert halls and other locations in the Hongik University area (“Hongik Daehakgyo” in Korean), Mapo district neighborhood, in Seoul. Participants arrive from Korea and many other parts of the world, deploying by a neighborhood that is usually known for their urban art and its independent musical culture that permeates clubs, shops, coffee shops and in general the spirit of the neighborhood.
Since 2019, the Festival hosts a Focus Wales Showcase and one from Music BC (British Columbia, Canada), to which the “Spanish wave” is added presenting the coolest, emerging and exportable quality talent to Asia from Spanish lands.
