The journalist and writer Jordi Tormo publish “Antonio Vega. Between space and time”a new book published by Muzikalia that delves into the life, work and creative universe of Antonio Vega, one of the most influential and sensitive figures in Spanish music.
The work covers both the artistic career of the founder of Nacha Pop and his most intimate and emotional dimension, exploring how he understood concepts such as time, space and human fragility through his music. The book revisits essential songs such as “Chica de Yesterday”, “Lucha de Gigantas”, “El Sitio de Mi Recreo” or “Una Décima de Segundo”, in addition to analyzing fundamental albums from his solo career such as “I won’t leave tomorrow”, “Ocean of sunshine”, “Anatomy of a wave” and “3,000 nights with Marga.”
One of the great attractions of the publication is the inclusion of unpublished poems, texts and notes written by Antonio Vega himself, along with testimonies from musicians and cultural figures such as Enrique Bunbury, Eva Amaral, Ana Curra, Julio Medem or Nacho García Vega.
