The bachata that snatches the top 1 from Rosalía’s ‘La perla’

After 7 weeks at number 1, ‘La perla’ by Rosalía drops to number 2 on the official Spanish singles chart. The person responsible is not ‘Superestrella’ by Aitana, which remains in the top 3, but ‘Dardos’.

Romeo Santos and Prince Royce’s bachata rises to official number 1 in Spain in its 5th week of stay. It is a song of astral inspiration and of course a romantic theme, which is serving as the main single of the joint album of both totems of Latin song. As a curiosity, let’s remember that Romeo Santos and Rosalía have a joint song: ‘El bandana’.

On the other hand, ‘Lokita por mí’, another song from the same album by Romeo Santos and Prince Royce, continues its upward trajectory, going from position 68 to position 53, its new maximum.

The joint album of the two, ‘Better Late than Ever’, rises to number 13 in its 5th week in Spain, after having reached number 6. We predict that it will rise when Christmas passes and physical editions do not matter so much.

The strongest entry of these Christmas days is J Balvin’s new song with Bizarrap, which reaches number 26. The only other entry of the week is ‘La villa’ by Ryan Castro, Kapo and Gangsta, directly at number 50.
