‘Dogs do not understand the Internet’ will be the new sound depression album. Its author, Marcos Crespo, explained that the concept of this new work revolves around the idea that “sometimes we should be more like dogs, which do not understand the Internet, but to play, sleep, enjoy and be calm.” He adds that human beings should “learn to express ourselves as we are.”
‘The ballad of dogs’ has been the first advance of the second length of sound depression, recorded in the Lo-Fi style of its beginnings. The second, ‘Life in this,’ has come with a letter and video loaded with symbolism.
‘Life in this is going to me’ is another of these productions so identifying sound depression that, on a melancholic instrumental base, border between the post-pink and pop guitar, transmits a rain of emotional ideas.
In ‘Life in this’, Crespo could be exploring his own vital state as an artist positioned in the music industry. Although Marcos is perceived in the way to become an “eternal” artist, he fears that his true self will disappear and his dedication to music will be able to with him. It has probably metaphorically, that “he has burned” all his possessions and that only his art can save him. And, also, his cassette tapes, which records with his voice “not to forget so fast who I am.” The old story of the artist absorbed by the industry that fears not to recognize himself when he looks in the mirror.
