Shinova has issued a statement in which he denies some of the accusations expressed towards the Biscay band for his former base, Ander Cabello, dismissed last February, in his statement today. Ander accuses Shinova of, among other things, expel him “unfairly” from the band and warn him that “he did not make noise” after his dismissal of the formation.
Shinova clarifies that Ander “was not unjustly expelled, but that his departure was a decision agreed by the rest of the group, after months of internal conflicts and behaviors incompatible with a common project.” During these months, Shinova explains that there was “tension, lack of respect and verbal aggressions towards members of the technical team, the offices and towards the group’s own members” and that, after trying “on numerous occasions to solve this situation,” he decided on the expulsion.
As for the supposed notice of silence, the group explains that Ander “was not prevented from speaking or pressed, a fair and respectful agreement was offered,” and indicates that “the statement that he received warnings to not make noise is false.”
Shinova also ensures that Ander “initiated legal actions” against the band “in full negotiation and without prior notice, presenting a labor claim that does not conform to the reality of his link with Shinova.”

Ander Cabello, a former Shinova, had commented on his “unfair” expulsion from the Biscay band in an Instagram statement, months after Shinova announced the musician’s march in April. Actually, they communicated that Cabello was not part of Shinova “since February.”
Cabello responded by publishing a fragment of a documentary about vultures, thus launching an indirect to the members of the band that co -founded in 2008. Shortly after, he shared a video of a Shinova concert, engraved “a day before” that the group “would throw him.”
It was intuited that Shinova’s hair exit had not been mutual agreement, and Cabello confirmed suspicions, and even announced that he would take legal measures against Shinova to “defend his rights.” However, he did not explain the reason for his expulsion -something that Shinova has now done -but he accused Shinova’s members of warning him that “he did not make noise” and “accept what they wanted to give me.”
Cabello, who has made the decision to “not follow more quiet time in this situation,” affirms that “nobody has the right to erase my work, the commitment and vision that I have contributed from day one, 17 years ago”, defends “will not accept arbitrary decisions” and announces that he will go to the courts to defend themselves “because I believe in justice, in transparency and in doing things right, even if they bother.”
