Sean Frutos continues to shed light on his solo debut with “En la Fuente”

The Murcian publishes “En la Fuente”, the second preview of “I would do it again”a song that makes the search for refuge, inspiration and permanence the axis of its story.

Sean Fruits continues discovering the pieces of Lo Would Again, which will be his first solo album after the end of Second. After presenting the song that will give its name to the album, the Murcian musician returns with “En la Fuente”, a song that finds some of its most powerful images in light, refuge and shared emotion.

From its first verses, the song invites you to leave the outside noise to go to your own place. “We went without tragedies to the lighthouse at the end of the world / There we took refuge from the miseries of the day,” Sean sings in a lyric that presents escape not as a renunciation, but as a way of reconnecting with what really matters.

This path towards the essential leads to the central idea of the theme. “You and I in an independent kingdom / We find our source again.” The source appears here as origin and destination at the same time, the place where we can recover the ability to feel, create and look at the world with the same intensity as before. It is no coincidence that the chorus insists again and again on that idea of return. More than a nostalgic song, it works as a vindication of emotion in the face of everyday wear and tear.

The video clip reinforces that reading. In it, Sean Frutos crosses the darkness carrying a lit lantern as he walks towards the Cabo de Palos lighthouse. An image that dialogues directly with the letter and turns light into a symbol of orientation, inspiration and search. The same light that appears mentioned in the song as “a light that never sleeps” and that seems to guide this entire new artistic stage.

Musically, the song grows on a base of atmospheric guitars, pianos and enveloping synthesizers until leading to a choral finale where one of its most significant messages emerges: “When all this is over, we will live in songs.” A declaration of intent that speaks both about the transcendence of music and the ability of songs to survive the passage of time and continue to accompany us when everything else disappears.

Produced by himself Sean Fruits next to Jorge Guiraoarranged by Madbel, mix of Lalo Gómez-Vizcaíno and mastering Miguel Angel Gonzalez in Black Box Mastering, at the source continues to outline an album that will be released next November. A work that has already aroused enormous expectation and whose presentation concert at the Teatro Circo de Murcia sold out just a few minutes after going on sale.
