War Child Records announces that Oasis will appear on the next album “HELP(2)” in support of the British charity.
Oasis will collaborate with a very special contribution: a seven-minute independent single included in the foldout of the vinyl edition and as a hidden track in the double CD version. The song will also be available to stream and download starting March 6.
“HELP(2)” is a new collaborative album, inspired by the historic 1995 release “HELP”which brings together music lovers in support of War Child’s vital work, providing immediate help, education, specialist mental health support and protection to children affected by conflict around the world.
The album has an incredible list of collaborators: Arctic Monkeys, Arlo ParksArooj Aftab, Bat For Lashes, Beabadoobee, Beth Gibbons, Big Thief, Damon Albarn, Depeche Mode, Dove Ellis, English Teacher, Ezra Collective, Foals, Graham Coxon, Greentea Peng, Grian Chatten, Kae Tempest, King Krule, Nilüfer Yanya, Olivia Rodrigo and many more.
The British band have generously contributed an exclusive live version of a fan-favourite, ‘Acquiesce (Live from Wembley Stadium, 9/28/25)’. Widely considered one of the best B-sides ever released, the colossal tour Oasis Live ’25 It resulted in the studio version entering the charts for the first time. This is the first physical edition of a live recording from the world tour of Oasis in 2025, with the recording taken during the last night of their series of 7 concerts at Wembley Stadium.
Oasis had already participated in the original album “HELP” 31 years ago, opening the album with “Fade Away.” Recorded in a single day in 1995, the first album grossed more than £1.2 million, allowing War Child provide vital support to thousands of children caught up in the Bosnian conflict.
Almost three decades after his participation in the original project, the return of Oasis to the series “HELP” underlines its continued support for the mission of War Child to protect, educate and defend the rights of children affected by conflict. The album can now be pre-ordered here.
