Mushkaa appears as a special guest on the single “Fanumanal”, new release by Guim. It is a piece that combines sounds of carioca funk with bassline garage.
Mushkaa and Guim come together in ““Fanumanal” a new song in collaboration with the two artists, designed for movement. An instinctive groove that forces the body to react, starting with a playful Rio funk in the verses that ends up exploding into a bassline garage base that won’t let you stop bouncing.
After listening to previous collaborations with Teo Lucadamo and Hughkili This single arrives as the last preview of Guim’s long-awaited album, and makes it clear that there are still many more surprises to be revealed. Without any pretension and especially in this new song, Guim creates his music to simply feel it. The single begins in a controlled chaos, but full of unexpected turns breaking this kind of monotony, which maintain the tension as if at any moment everything was going to overflow. This is music that is enjoyed first with the body and then with the head.
Of course Mushkaa comes from a different place, she appears freer, more playful, letting her voice flow and adapt to the beat without any type of ties. In a record that is closer to enjoyment than exhibition, always calculated; giving rise to a result that is like a strange track, but fun and with its own personality. With this new single, Gum and Mushkaa are not trying to please everyone, but their overwhelming personality is immediately engaging.
The song is accompanied by a video clip signed by Yasin Espuny (@starsw0ntshine) where with the help of 3D, he takes a journey full of comedy, chaos and tragedy.
Having heard this latest single, Guim anticipates that his LP will not simply be a collection of songs, it promises to be an introspective journey that explores groove and attitude. Music designed to move, surprise and exceed expectations, and making it clear that there are still secrets to discover in the final release.
